As former colleagues and lecturers in Further Education, Naomi Wagstaff and Deirdre Robbins formed All Things Creative in September 2013 to provide professional part-time creative courses no longer available through colleges. The business moved into its current location at St. Bartholomew's Court in 2014. The new premises, with two modern studios and coffee room, has allowed the business to expand with a broader range of courses being offered.

Deirdre Robbins comes from a background in textile design and teaching in Further Education specialising in fashion, tailoring and pattern cutting
During their careers both have had student work recognised with awards of Medals of Excellence and Commendations by City & Guilds.
Celia Barsby is a qualified teacher who had the opportunity to train at South Nottingham College to City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Upholstery; she achieved Highly Commended Certificateat Level 2 and was awarded the Gold Medal of Excellence at Level 3. She has since completed a number of private commissions in both modern and traditional upholstery methods.
With the expansion to the new premises other experienced specialist tutors are now providing courses and workshops including Furniture Restoration with Andy Yates; Paint Techniques Workshops from the Sit Upon Company and additional fashion workshops with Sarah Colvin and Linda Lloyd-Willis
